After careful deliberation, we decided that switching to 1-week plan is the best solution moving forward.

This change is one that is perhaps most visible to you. However, it is a part of many changes that we have done under the hood to be able to improve our services and lower the price of our meal plans to our customers.

Our overall new pricing allows us to offer meals even cheaper than previously with monthly discount. We hope that you will enjoy the new pricing and continue to support us.

Our meals are low-sodium, low-msg, and contain no processed sugar. However, we cannot cater to customers with allergies to nuts, shellfish, or any other allergens that may cause anaphylactic shock. Please review the meal ingredients prior to order and consumption and contact us if you have any questions.

We offer the following customizations to our plans:

A: Vegetarian (available daily, but not always for all dishes)
B: High protein (+30 grams of the main protein)
C: Low carb (-50% in carbohydrates)
D: XL Portion (+15% protein and +20% carbohydrates)

Vegetarian option is free of charge, whereas additional charges apply for other modifications.

Once you have selected the meals using our order form, you will be able to pick out of 4 options:

A: Lunchtime delivery (11 PM - 1 AM)
B: Dinnertime delivery (4PM - 6 PM)
C: Both deliveries
D: Self-pickup from Nom Nom GO (12 PM - 6 PM)

Delivery is made to pre-determined locations specified at the time of order. If the delivery location changes on the day of delivery, we cannot guarantee timely delivery, though we will try our best. If the delivery location changed to be outside the free delivery area, delivery fee will be charged.

We are committed to serve all our customers needs. However, predictability is on of the reasons we are able to provide an affordable meal plan

If you change your mind about something, please contact our customer service with it. However, this might accrue an extra charges, which depends on changes you require.

As our drivers are delivering several meals at a time we are not able to provide a reliable live tracking of delivery status at this time

Our deadline for placing orders is Sunday at 11 AM for plans starting the following Monday. This allows us sufficient time to source the freshest ingredients and prepare your meals with the utmost care. Please ensure that you finalize your order and make any desired changes before this deadline.
